The hair is obviously not real at all. It has tons of black streaks throughout the Ash blonde hair, which is reality is buttery yellow and brassy!! I purchased the hair for an event, and was pressed for time to make a color change, and decided although the tester was yellow I could wash them in purple shampoo diluted water and have them ready to wear. So many professionals do the same thing!!! Big mistake, they were shedding and falling apart after one wash. I gave them a deep conditioning, never blow dried them at all and let them air dry. I was gentle with bruising them. There was absolutely no reason for this to happen. I reached out to customer service, who were no help at all and told me basically I was stuck with them. I have not even wore them once. I’ve had them less then 2 weeks!! I cant believe the unprofessionalsm!! There is a reason they have no contact number, as they know people will complain. I am so so upset. I paid $170 for some ****** synthetic mix hair. I feel cheated!!
